Cancellations & Returns

Any claims for damages or discrepancies must be submitted to PerfumeProvider.com within three (3) business days from delivery date of your order. You must notify perfumeprovider.com Customer Service by email or phone.

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee and will be given store credit for the remaining amount.

NOTE: Return authorization is required. Call us at 1-800-957-6433 and we will send a call tag to UPS and they can pick up your merchandise at no cost for you. We can only refund shipping costs and void the restocking charges if the return is a result of our error.
